Hi Steve. Many thanks for the reply. May I ask what your slient_install.txt looks like? I fear that something is amiss in mine. Thanks, gmj

Hello! Has anyone got this to install over the network? We are CC4 here and I'm struggling with it....I believe all the options\switches are correct in my package. Thanks, gmj

I am sacred to DEATH of spiders . Even just the site of one can have me shaking sweating etc…sometimes even throwing up. Honestly don’t know where my fear come from. However, my GF is not bothered by them at all and will remove them (without hurting/killing them…she’s vegan so won’t kill/hurt anything). I’m ashamed to say I have had to kill a few in the past (if I’m home alone or whatever)…normally from throwing a book across the room as I will not get close! It’s odd…but I guess people are just scared of different things. For example, snakes don’t both me in the slightest. Years back with an ex, we were looking after her brothers house and his pet snake escaped. Panic from the ex…I just found it, walked up to it, picked it up and placed it back home. No worries.

Will do Rob. Again thanks for the help .

Thanks to all for replies . Yeah, I'm curious about the legal aspect of this also (first school I've been in where this is a need/request). Will ask about this and if given the clear package up the latest version.

Hi. Grrrr. The ICT dept here like to record audio straight from youtube using Audacity. In XP this was no problem, in Audacity you had an option to record from a mixer and away they went. Has anyone found this issue/found a simple solution? (apart from just using a looping cable from headphone to speakers). I don't really want to start adding extra packages (we are CC4) to the network...in case there is an awesome little bit of software I'm missing that would fix this. Thanks, GMJ

I’m not really much of a TV watcher (although like my films), but its definitely one of the best shows I have watched! Next Monday is going to be a long day…

So it is! My bad.

-- Possible Spoilers -- I think the ricin could be for Elliot and Gretchen....but thinking more maybe Lydia? Slip it into that tea she is always drinking. There is LOADS to tie up in one episode...hoping its not just Walt (well...he is pretty much 100% Heisenberg now) going postal on everyone with that M60 though.

Was just wondering if anyone else here is into Breaking Bad? I'm a complete addict! Only started watch it just over a month ago...friends were raving about it, I watched the first episode and *boom*. My weekends were took over by it. Can't believe there's only 1 episode to go.

Yeah think it was the left...but Bob Morton tells the techs to "lose it". Dang, I love that film.

Yeah! The hand thing is bugging me too...just looks wrong! Guessing its a reference to the whole "Saving the Arm" thing in the original?

Looks…interesting. Not as bad as I feared….interested to know what it will be rated though. Still not keen on the black suit. My gut is telling me that is will be an entertaining action flick…but with non of the social commentary or satire of the original. Does look worth a go though (Plus liking the Robo voice).

Virtualbox - Remove network access
gmj replied to spacehopper's topic in Thin Client and Virtual Machines
Hi All. On a RM CC4 network here, Packaged Virtual Box with the RM application wizard, and allocates out fine to my test workstation. However, the shortcut I'm allocating out is "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe" startvm "C:\VM\XP VM.vbox" so that clickview clicked with will fire up the virtual machine. This works fine for an admin account, but fails under student and staff account, the cmd promt window pops up briefly and then closes. Have added the locations and files to Software Restriction Polices, but still no joy. Anyone got any ideas? Why oh why couldn'y Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 support USB drives? Would be sorted then and not have to go down this route....grr.... -
