  1. Oh, well there you go! Might see if I can have a go at rooting one to test. Thanks!
  2. Oh well....thanks though to you both. SMT have been asking me about it too.
  3. Not knowing that much about Android/Android tablets....is it possible to set them up so different users can 'log on' to have and have different apps on eachs desktop and use different Gmail address etc? I'm guessing not as a google search has not turned up anything promising. Oh, the devices are Android 3.0, Honeycomb.
  4. My spidey senses are tingling!
  5. My father owns a pub and the jukebox is running XP...which alarms me to a degree as the only way to shut it down it is turn off at the plug, no option to access a menu or whatever to do it properly. One of these days its going to go wrong. Quite a few quiz machines that I have come across use a Linux build…which would save on licensing costs I guess. The touch screen tills in the canteen here still use Windows 2000.
  6. I was thinking the same thing.
  7. Thats Ace
  8. Blimey....The Daily Fail still going on about it : Jamie is 13 and hasn't even kissed a girl. But he's now on the Sex Offender Register after online porn warped his mind... | Mail Online I honestly thought they would have moved on to something else now....house prices/immigration/cancer or all 3.
  9. Nuke it from orbit....it's the only way to be sure.
  10. The new 'iStop'.....I can see it now.
  11. And here comes the Daily Fail: How internet porn turned my beautiful boy into a hollow, self-hating shell | Mail Online
  12. Ahh....X-copy . Used to use that all the time to, er, back things up. (like my friends copy of Monkey island.......)
  13. He he....I can't now either, thanks for that!
  14. Wow...those PDF's are interesting, crazy prices indeed Mind you, seem to recall my first USB flash drive (a massive 16MB) being something like £50. Anyone remember those 'duel format' cassettes back in the 8bit days with a different format on each side? Was handy for me and my friends at the time, would pool are pocket money and buy them (with Spectrum on one side and CPC646 or whatever on the other) and then...er....make a 'backup'. Looking back it was quite impressive what people managed to get out of those machines really with such little storage, processing power etc to work with.
  15. As impressive as the Tupac 'hologram' was (not a fan of his music) I found it quite creepy.
  16. Ah....takes me back. Never had an A1500 but LOVED my A500 back in 'tday.....and my ZX Spectrum +2 before that. Oh the fun in the playground…arguing with the C64 and CPC464 kids about which was best (of course it was the speccy!) and then the same with the Atari ST owners. Got my first ‘PC’ in about 1994 I think…486sx, 4MB and 170MB hard disk from Tiny Computers. I believe it came with Dr DOS as the OS. I’m getting all misty eyed. Sadly can’t fire up the A1500 as its strange PSU is missing.
  17. Space Shuttle in Extreme Detail: Exclusive New Pictures Pretty cool.
