Of 8 schools we had i teacher's machine with incompatible database. Most likely reason.... when given a choice.. run the update or cancel? They cancel. The clients are not tolerable of that anymore. Eventually it gives up asking and gives up trying...... who can blame it. Do Not Hit The Cancel Button!!!! It doesn't save time.
