    Unfortunately it is not my system. I am trying to diagnose why SIMS is slow for a school we support. I will have a look around Avast but by no means am I familiar with it.

    Still loving my Nexus, except one thing. It keeps reverting back to 15 secs display timeout. Anyone experienced this?

    Assuming that the details in the connect.ini are correct. try the Ip in the address in place of the server name. Sorry only browsed quickly through post.

    As an ex painter/decorator. A paint roller on a pole with a shortish pile or foam roller. Pour it on and spread it out. if you can see the hole, we used to use a solution that didn't need the water removing, it would sink into the water and 'find' the hole. Been out of it too long to remember the name of it.

    Thanks, I'm pretty certain all other settings are fine. Fastboot off has made a huge difference. Before i could type a whole sentence before it started to register on screen.

    Still waiting for my micro sim, but on wireless, I'm loving the Nexus 4. The battery is lasting days as opposed to the Sensation. On the Sensation, I think I have found the problem with its slow response. I found the Fastboot option was ticked.... unticked and fingers crossed.

    My phone arrived Friday. I'm waiting for the new sim card, but all essential apps plus most others installed. Loads of space left, battery lasting day, so loving it. My only worry is what am I going to use as a hand warmer in the winter without my overheating Sensation?

    I'm the same normally, but for various reasons have been taking a close look at marketing lately and a lot of people do not ignore it. They see Siri and have no idea there are a number of alternatives on Android. they also fail to read the 'Sequences are shortened on thi advertisement , to con you into believing iPhones are fast'

    Yes, there is already. I was watching Grand Designs a while ago. The glass absorbs during the day and expels the heat during the evening.

    Not watched much TV or been to the cinema then? Apple product placement is rife in the little TV I watch. My partner has an iphone and and ipad. She has no idea how to use either. People hear iphone and think they are the only option. I'll turn her to Android one day.
