This is correct - in simple terms Arbor Finance is a cashbook system where FMS and Bromcom Finance support Double Line Book Keeping which is why your LA have made the comment about not following best practices as there are no control lines to effectively balance the books.

If you also use Bromcom Finance this is also integrated with MCAS and makes processing your income very simple.

In terms of training all staff can access Bromcom training whenever they need as many times as they need. They just need to follow this link Bromcom Training | Bromcom Training School this way they can do the training in their own time and as many times as they feel they need it.

Just to add to BromcomOT's comment - MCAS our truly integrated online payment and parent app is also integrated with Bromcom finance so literally everything is in one place! So not only cost saving but more importantly time saving, meaning more time to spend time on the important things..... like a hot cup of tea - priorities for a Yorkshire Lass

We do try and work with LAs at Bromcom and you may find we have reports very similar to what you already use. As PotNoodleTech (great name by the way) said, often it's the file type that is key. Feel free to arrange a call with me and I am happy to go through reports etc with you.

Just to second BromcomOT - not only is our Finance fully integrated with our MIS it is also integrated with our Parent App MCAS so you can map those trips, clubs etc to the correct cost centres and ledgers making showing your income so much easier.

Thought I would show a similar aspect from the finance side of Bromcom.
