  1. We're using LiveAgent, its about $23 per month per user which includes a Live Chat function. We don't accept tickets from email, solely from the helpdesk portal which means they have to put details such as Room Number - stops us having to chase where they are for immediate response. Live chat is great for password resets for students.
  2. If monthly average is 18,839PLN, PLN 12,000 to PLN 16,500 per annum is pretty bad
  3. Is that £2,337.60 to £3,214.20 per year salary?
  4. OP said "not able to find any pricing on the EntrySign website" so I assumed that they had looked.
  5. >nothing suspicious at all regarding pricing Doesn't provide any pricing.
  6. We looked at Freshdesk but went with LiveAgent, seemed a bit nicer to use.
  7. Also following with interest - @georgeescott please share the script and keys!
  8. >I'm not trying to be unhelpful, but most of the useful reports I generate are geared around blocked content by category Agreed, and we do this already. We've also been asked for the report I mentioned, essentially reporting on what students are trying to access / search for before the Sophos firewall kicks in. Maybe its not practical, but if I can give them a huge report with "bombadier" etc then they'll agree its not worth it.
  9. Hi all, we're setting up our new Sophos XG firewalls and am configuring a report where students search for certain keywords (bomb, weapon etc). I'm looking for a list of keywords that we should be reporting on. We've previously had one from Netsweeper via our council web services, but we're no longer a customer of theirs and don't have access. Does anyone know of a source? Cheers all
  10. Replying for anyone else who has this issue. Solved it via a registry edit via GPO from here: https://www.kapilarya.com/how-to-allow-prevent-apps-to-access-camera-in-windows-10
  11. Hi all, we've seen some issues with cameras and microphones not being recognised / working in Windows 10. We have group policies under Windows Components / App Privacy set up with Let Windows apps access the camera to Force Allow, but this doesn't turn "Allow apps to access your camera" to On. Whilst we allow staff to get to this page and turn it on themselves, it would be very useful (and cut down the number of tickets) if we could set this to On via GPO or similar. Googling hasn't found anything - can anyone help? Cheers!
  12. Ah, we're having the same issue but only isolated cases so far. Workaround of using the desktop app is OK at the moment.
