Have you tried using the ip of the server instead of the server name?

You may be able to use your regular TV remote on the PS4 just make sure that HDMI Device Link is enabled on the PS4 then test your remote on the ps4. There maybe a button on the remote that enables it here are some common names for the feature Sony: Bravia Link or Bravia Sync Samsung: Anynet Panasonic: Viera Link Sharp: Aquos Link LG: SimpLink

If you are okay with buying digital from the Nintendo eshop you could get Stardew Valley £10.99. I haven't played it myself put it does get good reviews. There is also Rocket League which is currently on sale for £11.28

The sims engineer set up the firewall rules on the server so i assume that those are okay. For client PC I have tested out deploying the update with the firewall turned off and still have the same issue.

We had solus 3 installed during the summer and I had a couple of questions on how it worked. 1. Every time I add the solus 3 client to a machine it will install the agent then say it is downloading updates but will never install the update sima to the latest version unless I go and redeploy the Sims update and select the machines that are not up to date. Is this meant to happen as I thought solus 3 would auto update during the scheduled times that are set. 2. When on a PC with the solus 3 agent every time I click on update it will say that it cannot install the latest update as it is not in the repository. I have checked the repository and can see files are in there. Is there any special permissions the repository needs so that PCs will be able to update by clicking on the update button?

Does this only happen in the mornings when the computers are first switched on and after a restart? Finally was able to upgrade IE9 to IE11 without reinstalling windows 7. Thought I would post the method that work for me in this thread if anybody is still having problems. 1. Download IE11 Offline installer 2. Open Elevated cmd 3. Run the following command to remove IE11 files that might have been installed when trying to install IE11: FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart" 4. Run the following command to remove IE10 files that might have been installed when trying to install IE10: FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*10.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart" 5. Open Internet Explorer and go to About Internet Explorer here you should see the version number and the corresponding windows update e.g KB3049563 6. Open Programs and Features and then click on installed updates. Find the windows update from step 5 in the installed updates list and uninstall the update and restart the machine. 7. Repeat step 5 and 6 until you cannot find the update in the installed update list. 8. With this missing update package name run the folllowing code in a elevated cmd. FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M *(Insert Update Package Name e.g KB3049563)*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart" 9. Restart the Machine 10. You should now be able to remove IE9 from Installed Updates list. Once IE9 is remove install IE 11 with the Offline Installer.

You can also use "bcdedit /deletevalue {current} recoverysequence" to remove the reset option from the Shift+Restart menu. {default} does not have the value recoverysequence. If you are dual booting you may need to check bcdedit to see which identifier has a value for recoverysequence.

Even though I am not using SCCM or upgrading to windows 10 I tried the hotfix and it seems to be able to find updates a lot quicker (10 - 20mins instead of 3 - 4 hours).

Looking for some advice in regards to licensing for Remote Desktop. If I was going to enable remote desktop/remote apps for all our staff and students am I covered by the EES license or would I have to purchase a remote desktop cal and a device cal for each user? I would need to buy additional licenses for each individual piece of software (e.g Adobe, Serif) installed on a remote desktop session?

Having the same issues with mandatory profiles that are copied from another profile not opening the start menu. If I use the default profile ntuser file it would login and allow the start menu to work. But login times are about 40 seconds slower than are windows 7 machines.

Currently using a 500GB Toshiba PX1626E-1HE0 with a Y cable. Works fine and still have over 400gb left on the drive.

Only solution I came up with was a re-install nothing else seemed to work.
