  1. Hi All, Just want to say that in our experience after the update to Impero 6 it has fixed the issue with 1703.
  2. We have seen this also, do you use Impero on this machine?
  3. Thank you, these were given out before my time. Passwords are now in place going forward
  4. Hi All, Some students have decided to set UEFI passwords on the surfaces meaning we are unable to image them over network as we cant change the boot order. Has anyone seen a way to clear this besides taking the battery out which I would rather not do. Kind Regards
  5. Hi All, I feel better are reading this thread, we are in exactly the same position here all Cumulative updates updates on 1511 fail, yet on a few 1607 machines we have work perfect. Has anyone had any luck?
  6. Hi All, I have been working closely with Impero to have this issue resolved it is Impero and only effects 1511 verision of Windows. They are testing a service pack for the new release which they believe has fixed the issue.
  7. Hi All, HP advised that a firmware updated would fix the issue, however it hasnt. After another conversation with HP they have said unless your controller is acting as the RADIUS server it doesnt matter and you can delete the certificates. We have done this and it hasnt affected any services. Hope this helps Sam
  8. We have a case raised with HP as ours does do RADIUS, I will keep you posted
  9. I am wondering if its a certificate built into the firmware which is due to expire.

  11. Hi Cblunt, Had the exact same on our MSM760 this morning also, it advises that these certificates are used but I cannot see how. Sam
  12. Hi Tim, What other exclusions have you got added? Kind Regards Sam Berry
  13. Please see the information below
  14. Do we have any updates on this, we are now seeing logins fail because of the exclusions being added.
  15. The SFC / Scannow completes and doesnt report any errors It is pointing to a WSUS server and it only has one NIC
