3CX is certify the way forward I think for most schools, its really easy to manage. We have ours running in Azure and covers now 12 schools ranging from a few extensions in 1 upto nearly 100 in the largest all on 1 system, all of ours has been setup in house without the use of a telephone provider per say. SIP lines are comming in from Gamma with more free minutes than I care to work out. Never had any issues with it and the team can easily manage any changes required on it, including menu changes. Happy to jump on a call.

Hi All Just wondering if anyone has come across a simple change management logging system before I go off creating one? I need to get my technicians logging any changes that are made across all the schools in the trust. Open to opensource & paid for (reasonably priced!)

Out of interest those of you who have got the emails.... did you have a request in for more devices? We have had a request in for a month now and don’t seem to be getting anywhere
