I am not sure I understand your question. If you are talking about the free basic Zoom accounts then we have lifted the 40 minute time limit for anyone using a school domain after verification. (They much apply) Personal email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook are not eligible.

Maybe this isn't working, Its very difficult reading all the individual requests and responding accordingly at the same time as dealing with all the inbound activity. I will speak to Chris and support in a different way. Thank you.

Free accounts will be locked to the default region where their account is provisioned.

I came on EduGeek because I am seeing something different. We have so many schools using the Zoom platform especially for parent evenings, break out rooms, webinars, governors meeting etc. I am looking to offer whatever support I can. Thanks.

Zoom is temporarily removing the 40-minute time limit on free Basic accounts for primary and secondary schools affected by the Coronavirus. Sign in to see if your account has already been enabled. If not, click "Request Offer" below to request that your school be added. https://zoom.us/education The education plan that schools are rapidly moving to includes host up to 300 participants, Single Sign-On, Cloud Recording Transcripts, Managed Domains and Company Branding etc. I am not wanting to use this platform for commercial usage so wont go into pricing
