I am not sure I understand your question. If you are talking about the free basic Zoom accounts then we have lifted the 40 minute time limit for anyone using a school domain after verification. (They much apply) Personal email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook are not eligible.

Maybe this isn't working, Its very difficult reading all the individual requests and responding accordingly at the same time as dealing with all the inbound activity. I will speak to Chris and support in a different way. Thank you.

Free accounts will be locked to the default region where their account is provisioned.

You can opt in or out of each specific data center region for data in transit. Your default region, which is the region where your account was provisioned, will be locked.

I came on EduGeek because I am seeing something different. We have so many schools using the Zoom platform especially for parent evenings, break out rooms, webinars, governors meeting etc. I am looking to offer whatever support I can. Thanks.
