  3. i found these Compaq Presario CQ62-220SA Notebook PC - Misco.co.uk there good for the kids and teachers and cheep.. i got 2 for £215 each to test..

Just setting up FF TMG for the 1st time.. just want to know if i can have 2 proxy ports with caching to 2 different up-stream servers Staff/Students eg. staff 8087 >>> Cache >>> upstream proxy (10.15.48.7:80) Students 8080 >>>> Cache >>> upstream proxy (10.15.48.5:80) can this be done if so how? kinda new to FFTMG..

  10. no it does not work like that.. the meter will stop that from happening.. if it's a digital one. plus some of them will not work over more that 1 rcd on the fuse board. the Netgrar 200mb and 1gb ones say that work over 3 rcd's but i have never got them to work over 3 rcd's. as most fuse boards have [main switch] [RCD] jacuzzi / playroom [RCD] cooker trip / lights down /lights up/ other. crap [RCD] mains up / mains down / ... unless you have old fuses with fuse wire and mechanical meeter.. then be friend a neighbour 3 houses up and check there mains.... Street order for the coloured phases should be ..... red, yellow, blue. But it never works out like that.. use to work for powergen..
  11. i'm running Stock 2.3.3 i did try 2.3.4 but found that BT did not switch on.. i have mine rooted mine for droidproxy works well if your turn on wifi and it detects the ssid and sets proxy settings for that ssid just need to set up profiles... i love my sgs..
  12. i take it all your internet goes to the isa server? on 2 diff nicks and 3rd one for LAN if so just add more then 1 ip to MX records on ya dns, and a just isa settings. [i]Subdomain Mail server Priority[/i] mail.ilimits.co.uk. 1 mail2.ilimits.co.uk. 5 mail3.ilimits.co.uk 10 and add to dns A record [i]Subdomain Address[/i] mail ip of sdsl mail2 ip of adsl 1 mail3 ip adsl 2 i hope it helps

  14. i use a power script to export the VMs at 1am to a nas server it dont take long over a gig link, then have it email me saying it done. if i dont get a compleated email then i go and check it.
  15. if you run any ext about the house use shilded cat5e, BT use shilded cat 6 when adding our 8 new DSL lines for our 20mb connection for home thay are now using shilded cat5e for any extention over 3m.. (info from openPlonkers)

  19. window tints help keep sun down and help cool the room.. with extractor fans to remove hot air and create airflow.. have them set to turn on at a set temp or aircon with control unit and program it to turn off after 30 min and minimum temp 23c so not to over work the compressor and blow it.

  22. got a mate that reviews ssd hdd and PCIE ssd cards.. i was playing on his PC with a 60GB OCZ Technology Vertex 2E, 2.5" Sandforce SSD, MLC-Flash, Read 285MB/s, Write 275MB/s and he had in to review and a new pcie ssd drive, he was maxing out a 275MB/s on the OCZ read and write the PCIE card was doing 450MB/s read write the card cost 2k for 512GB not out in the shops yet.. i was very impressed as i would have never gone down the ssd route do to reliability be he has had a ssd in he PC for 3 years now and had no problems. but his IBM Deskstars keep failing lol..
