You will provide first and second line support at the school, working with a range of systems and users with varying skills and will need to find solutions to issues affecting all aspects of IT within the school you are supporting. The varied nature of this role requires an intelligent and enthusiastic person who has the ability to think outside the box to solve issues independently, but who can also work effectively with our wider IT and school teams. The varied nature of this role requires an intelligent and enthusiastic person who has the ability to think outside the box to solve issues independently, but who can also work effectively with our wider IT and school teams. A friendly and professional manner is vital as this is a customer focused role, based in schools. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and experience with hardware and software, including installation, configuration and deployment.
