Good morning, I have NetSupport tutor configured in 4 seperate computer suites. They have been set up as room only mode and it see's all the correct computers when opening NetSupport. However, the computers have stopped automatically connecting to the tutor console - The teacher always has to highlight them all, right click and click connect. This is OK for teachers who are always in the rooms, but when we have supply teachers, we have to keep connecting the computers for them. I'm pretty sure all the group policies are correct because as of 2 weeks ago they did connect automatically. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Craig, Thank you so much for your continued support on this. We managed to log in eventually after a restart of XAMPP - not sure what happened there! We can all log in as expected, and all the rooms and booking works well. There is one last question - We have set up the User Attribute mapping with the correct attributes to populate from LDAP - however, they don't fill out. Obviously we can get around this using a prepopulated spreadsheet, but it would be nice for this to fill out on-the-fly. Is there anything you can suggest to try? Thanks once again, and hopefully for the last time!

Hi Craig, We have the booking system configured and ready to go, and it's brilliant. There is only one thing we have having trouble with - We have set up the LDAP settings, and on the test settings box, it works absolutely fine. However, when trying to actually log in using the same credentials, it says Incorrect username and/or password. Have you experienced any trouble like this before? Thanks again in advance

Good afternoon, I have been asked to install Classroombookings on a webserver. I have tried installing it on Linux (Ubuntu) but i am constantly running into permission issues and Classroom bookings not detecting my database. The furthest I have got is setting it up within Windows 10 - I have got the database sorted, all requirements are met, but then i'm hitting another (again to do with permissions I believe). Has someone set this up on Windows before, and possibly able to help me through? Thanks in advance!

Good Afternoon, We have a number of student laptops that have failed batteries which will not charge. Quite a lot of them started not charging around the same time, and we are not too sure why. I started my Surface Pro 4 yesterday to find that this also has a failed battery that will no longer charge! Is there a way of testing the batteries or resetting/kicking them back into action? It seems such a strange coincidence that this has all started happening around the same time. I have tried the usual different charger, checking battery connections etc. but i cannot get any of them working again. Many thanks Greg

Good afternoon, I am fairly new to using MunkiAdmin, and I have come into a slight issue. I have installed OneDrive on the client computer, but my edited plist file hasn't had an effect on OneDrive. The plist file works correctly as it has been tested on the Mac Server. Does anyone know how I can get the plist file to install correctly when installing the app on the client computer please, so it is all done remotely? Many Thanks
