I'm pretty sure that if you specify an OU in LDAP Path that, that's where the query starts when looking for users, if your domain admin was in the 'staff' OU or below you would find it would work (maybe worth a test) Ours here does not specify an OU (although we only use the home access part not the booking etc) our LDAP Path looks like: LDAP://mgmtcore.st-thomasmore.walsall.gov.uk/dc=st-thomasmore,dc=walsall,dc=gov,dc=uk obviously with it setup like this anyone would be able to get at your bookings but you may be able to lock it down using NTFS HTH

Not 100% sure but it looks like the object (most likely a particular user) cannot be found on the domain you have specified. I would check that you have put the correct DOMAIN\username and password and that your LDAP Settings are correct. HTH

Is it just our school, or is anyone else having issues getting to http://www.spiceworks.com or http://community.spiceworks.com It will not load for us this morning with a timeout from our LEA's upstream proxy and it's causing havoc with the normal running of the spiceworks helpdesk etc

We run ours on a virtual 2003 R2 x64 box -Two Virtual Processors (from a Dual Quad box) -6Gig of RAM -MSSQL 2005 -IIS 6 -1.8Tb Drive Space Both Moodledata/SQL and webserver on same box - pretty decent performance for the ~150 concurrent users that we get I'm not a *nix man so had to go with windows but it works fine in our situation though - although took a little more configuring than I suspect a nix box would. As for backups we backup the whole machine every night to our Veeam Backup server

All our toasters in school were banned when some muppet burnt theirs and set the fire alarms off... We do have a Tassimo Machine, Kettle and Fridge in the office though Our canteen does open for breakfast though but the ridiculous prices just make it prohibitive so get up 30 mins earlier each morning and make sure I get some grub in me before I set out for work

Saw Greenday at MK Bowl in 2003 - that was pretty awsome Saw Take That at the Ricoh in Coventry Last year - quite possibly the best show I have seen Saw The Prodigy at the NIA 2 years ago and they were amazing (and very very loud) too I have seen soo many good shows it's hard to remember them all

Went to see it last night... cant say I was impressed that much (although I haven't seen the other one), there are a few good jump moments but otherwise it is just a pure mess with your head type film... objects moving then moving back and all that actually in places it was quite comical... I did find it quite funny that about 75% of the film gone, a woman and her other half (presumably) shot past me at the front of the theatre crying saying she couldn't watch no more and was going lol
