Edufuturists Summit and Awards 2019
The 2nd annual Edufuturists Summit and Awards will be held at the Brave Centre in Oswaldtwistle in Lancashire on the 12th July and promises to be a great day.
With talks, workshops and an awards ceremony this summit, only in its second year, looks to become a staple on the calendar for educators in the UK.
The summit will feature talks from:
As well as workshops on the following topics:
- Patrick McGraph - Creating Maths in G Suite - easy as Pi
- Peter Lee - Greater progress and less marking (what’s not to like?)
- Francisco Massanet-Nicolau - Lift and Shift: Moving from Servers to the Cloud
- Andrew Starchen - Outstanding Tech - Outstanding Teaching
- David Gregory - Exploring the KS1-2 computing & science curriculum with LEGO Education WeDo 2.0
- Lisa Yates - Transforming Learning Spaces with Jamboard
If all this wasn’t enough, there will also be an awards ceremony and exhibition (EduGeek will be there of course).
It will be a very full day indeed!
