As long as you perform an upgrade install and not a fresh wipe you will boot fully w10 activated.

Dont think so are you will need a new MAK/KMS for it. You could try using the install ent install key: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/licensing-questions/50536-kms-client-setup-keys.html

Activation wont work until your KMS is updated but it should let you install.

From the link above (to the download page) the FAQs say that a win 7 COA key from the sticker on the machine will be valid.

Has anyone got this to work? Downloads the ISO, verifies it and starts creating it... then closes with no ISO created.

Worked fine for me. Was able to download both 32 and 64 bit professional. Just wish the Education and Enterprise version was available through it.

The only problem I've found with this tool, is if you're low on disk space (on the system drive), it'll just sit there at x percentage spinning around indefinitely. Seems Microsoft forgot about that!

 

Realistically 10GB+ is needed to be on the safe side
