online business ideas

Hi all I’m looking to start an online business in my spare time possibly an ecommerce website but I’m not sure on what product to sell just wanted to know if any one has any ideas or does any one have an online business them self any ideas would be kindly appreciated.

If you have no idea what you want to sell then that's a very bad start to running any business on-line or not.

 

Come up with a product base then look at the competition.

This is the oddest way to go about business I have ever seen. Its like me saying I want to be a millionaire by manufacturing product X, I just don't know what that product is. Dragons Den funding denied.

 

Scrap the idea of selling online till you have some idea of what to sell with reasons why and at least some business plan.

As othershave said, you need a product/service first. Once you have that then you can start the online buisness.
