Also listed under "Mobile & Smartphones". If it is listed as such, it's listing title is rather poor and misleading. On the one hand, caveat emptor; on the other hand, he's clearly listing it in the mobile phone category in an attempt to catch people out, and eBay always side with the buyer now - to the point where the seller can only leave positive feedback or no feedback these days.

If they were, the description would be full of vague terms that applied to both what you assume it is and what it actually is. I'm trying to figure out where that address is... I know someone in that area who had a shop-owner try to trick him into moving out [get friends to try and break in > convince the area is bad > offer to buy the house] and this sounds like the sort of thing they'd do.
