Rawns Posted February 1, 2013 Author Posted February 1, 2013 Seems I was premature with the "Woo" everytime i joined any server my Machine did a full on "im not happy" lockup...turns out ARMA2 does not like the USB3.0 controller on my motherboard, but it took me 2 hours to figure that out. However I got it going and working and all up to date ready to go at about 12:30 last night so hopefully I should be on over the weekend Nice one. I'm sure most people will be on over the weekend so we'll keep an eye out for you on the server. Do you use Teamspeak? I must be using all my luck cards to use my machine. Was a good session last night. Yea, just a shame Carbon got sniped at the end. Glad I got the guy who did it, but annoying that the server rebooted before Carbon could recover his gear! We had a good run for the east airport to the west. The three we killed on the hillside are Public Enemy No 1 for us. I reckon they heard the gun fire at the power sub-station and came to investigate. Good spot by Carbon though!

Apart from that, that was a good little session I was quite surprised that we only encountered those three people though despite the fact there were at least 10 others as well on the server. Strange! @Hawkeyez, I think the plan is to head to the prison north-west of us so we may find you some improved gear there if not we've got a stash at the base I believe @Rawns? Not sure if I'll be on tonight but I will definitely be on tomorrow and sunday (most likely all day both days because i iz basement nurd gamer xDD) Anyway, great game last night guys. That is the general idea. With 4 military barracks, there is a good chance of grabbing a DMR there. Its ok, managed to sneak my way off after login and then lucked out, found a heli crash with a ton of supplies and 1 spawned zombie. Got my self 4 full canteens, a stack of food, painkillers, DMZ sniper rifle and ammo, and a makarov with about 6 clips....oh an a ghillie suit Edited February 4, 2013 by HaleStorm

All I manage to get is empty cans Look for places that have "military" zombies, thats where you will find higher end gear, crash sites are a good spot, look out for the black plumes of smoke and be ready for a quick in and out...military Zombies also have a higher chance of having useful loot on the bodies too.
