Hi,

 

We see events like this in the logging, below. Notice that a user logs on, browse to a resource and performs a download, which is successful. However, the logging shows the right filename that they downloaded concatenated to a different path - the home drive of a user who had logged on much earlier in the day.

 

The last log entry below - see how the filename is correct, but the path is wrong. Only 'download' entries appear to be wrong - wrong entries are never seen for other events. Downloads appear to be succesful and users cannot access each others folders.
