rama1712 Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Hi Guys, I have been tasked buying 30 kindles for our english department. Firstly I know all the issues abount managing them that is not the problem the problem i am having is that trying to buy the, I thought i would apply for the credit account Amazon offers but when i come to fill in the form it will not let me input english details ie postcode etc. I tried to ring them but kept getting passed around and gave up in the end. Anyone had success in get a credit account from Amazon if so what best way did you did it. We do not really have a school Credit card we can use. So does anyone know of any other authorised Kindle Sells that supply Schools. Help Advice will be most welcome. Stuart Purvis

Edu-IT Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Hmm. So how are schools using Kindles then? Are they just buying the books anyway?

Edu-IT Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Can my school buy a Kindle? — Tim Dalton Seems interesting?
plexer Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 That's the basics of it yes. As there's no library management it's seems a big issue, can I take out such and such book on the kindle? yes that's available on kindles 1,7,9,10 & 12 but they've allready been borrowed by someone else. Absolute nightmare. Ben
