Just wondering how many SLT you have

We have

Principal

2 vice Principals

1 Assistant Principal

5 Associate Principals

3 pastoral heads of college

22 Middle leaders (department heads)

22 Second in Departments

 

Out of a total staff of 115, that includes ground staff, support

Well here at least department leaders aren't SLT. Nor Heads of years (Guessing that's your head of college?).

 

Head, 2 deputy heads, 3 assistant heads, and business manager makes up our 7 SLT.

All the other job titles listed in the opening post are not SLT roles. Most come under the heading "middle leadership"

They can also be paid (market supplement) if the Governors feel they want to pay them more I believe.

1 Head (she's brilliant)

2 Deputy Heads (both are fantastic, sadly the one who is my line manager is leaving at Xmas )

2 Assistant Heads (one focussed mainly on behaviour, the other off on maternity currently )

1 SENCo (who plays quite a big part in the SLT here as a huge % of our kids are SEN and various other issues!)

 

Approx 800 kids, 150 staff.
