jamesfed Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 Only here today but line up looks good - not that I would ever be able to afford it going to pay fusionio a visit again (see if I can win another mug) visiting some of the people I know at Citrix and 10zig as well as seeing more about server 2012. Its a long shot but would be nice if there are some Surfaces are there as well.
Gibbo Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 I misread the title. I thought it said "Whores at IPExpo". I grabbed my car keys and was almost out of the door. 1
sidewinder Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 I'm there tomorrow, should be good, some interesting seminars hopefully Edit: Also I thought the same as Gibbo upon reading the thread title

I must be more clear in the future Was good fun! Fusion IO looks cooler every year, the System Centre 2012 presentation shows what you can truly do if you tap into every product in the best possible way (not that we need it in that manner at a secondary school!) and although there were no Microsoft Surfaces there I did get to play with a Toshiba tablet. Terrible to see so few hands up on the who is using App-V thingy and I can add the guys at Veeam backup on my list of sales people I have annoyed without getting kicked out of the show.
tom_newton Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 I should have been there, but have had to go see our developers instead Some smoothwall people on a stand somewhere tho.
sidewinder Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Quite enjoyed it yesterday, some interesting seminars. Sam annoyance as at BETT with random people wanting to scan your badge as you walk past - don't mind if I've talked to that company, but not if I've not even stopped to glance at their stand! Also Microsoft really need to get a bigger theatre, smaller than most of the others yet one of the most popular
