Can anyone help get my neighbour off my back?

I don't "do" Facebook (:tinfoil3:) so maybe I'm missing something obvious, but when he goes to his settings page (like this one) the settings don't seem to take (and there is no "save" button).

What he wants to do is stop his brother (who is a Friend) viewing his messages - he may mean his chat stream as he got very nervous whenever I went anywhere near there (though got me to input his username and password when trying IE rather than FF!).

Is this possible?

Thanks, but where exactly are those settings? I looked on the "privacy settings" linked above and nothing seemed to do anything. As stated above, the guy can't even manage to input a password himself, and seems to be panicking over some of the postings that have resulted from his recent trip to Thailand .

I've just found elsiegee's "Privacy Settings Guide" and may just print it out and let him work his way through it.

Hi, the settings mentioned by @ cpjitservices are herefacebookprivacy.pngafter selecting the custom option, you just type the name of the person you don't wish to see the post (I think it auto fills as you start typing) then save the changes. Edited by kernewek-sam
