  11. I've seen a few teaching staff in tears over the stresses of the job, I don't envy them. You're right about this government turning people against each other.

  13. How about some kind of pay deal where like it's going to be for teachers it's performance based, i.e. for turning up to parliament debates, or amount of time spent with constituents etc. I realise logging all this would be difficult and possibly open to abuse, but just an idea.
  14. I think the argument before was something about more pay for less allowable expenses, how they can't survive on their current pay without expenses baffles me.

  18. Ours are given a set amount per term,if they need more the request has to come through a teacher. They're not actually charged anything in reality though, except when SLT etc catch someone printing rubbish/unnecessary large amounts of colour, in which case they're charged on a set amount per sheet.
