On the current version the version is at the bottom, on older versions it was in the menu on the left on one of the bottom items, to do with your account / profile.

I think when it changed from closed calls to resolved requests it because limited.

The latest version defo has a full history. v2.5 MR2 was from May 14.

Just upgraded, and indeed we have all ours results back :D Quite like the new layout, much cleaner, although in Chrome from a couple of PC's we've had to refresh the screen for it to appear correctly.

Yes.

Although I am still being told to upgrade.

Very odd.

I think for some of those there is something that does an online connection that can be turned off. I'll have to check what it was.

Still getting hundreds of errors daily all reading "Invalid attempt to read when no data is present" :| Everything works well otherwise.

MR3 is what I am on

PMs sent.

We've just invested in Smartdesk.

Pretty much everything is working as it should. One thing I'd like to do is bundle tickets into one problem. The feature list states "Problem creation (linking of multiple tickets into one identified problem)" Can't for the life of me work out how to do it though! Sure I'm being silly.

We're on 2.6.2197 MR3[h=4][/h]

Is it actually wanting to go to that url or are you saying the error is what is described there?

If it's the error described , we had this when I added a ticket to the queue which had been emailed in from an unknown source. It seemed it didn't like not having an owner or a replier. I fixed it by assigning to someone and then adding a blank reply.

Worth checking all fields are filled in for recent tickets.

If it's actually taking you to that site it must be relying on something there that it can no longer access...?

Glad it worked - i thought it might have been a longshot. Can't say i noticed the error directing us there.

What version are you on? I can't remember if i logged it as a bug, or passed it on to Edu-IT along with his feedback. I think i'm a few releases behind so was hoping it would be fixed in the future. It only rarely happens when someone replies from their iPhone or a printer we haven't added yet decides to send us a warning.

This is my version OP SmartDesk™ v2.6.242.36263 MR1

No, not logged by me, first I've heard of it.

Couldn't remember if it was one of the things we chatted about after the last release. I should be doing an upgrade in two weeks when school shuts.

Odd I thought the second number would have been smaller on yours if it's MR3 and the third set are smaller.

OPSD 2.6.2197 is the latest with MR4 due imminently.

Oh, doh! I'm thinking it's 242 > 219(7) rather than looking at that rather significant digit at the end.

In which case @ICTNUT there's a minor bug here that needs tracking.
