The question is, where can I get it in the UK? I'm guessing it may be a specialist import/Ebay/Amazon item?

There are some specialist american shops around - one in Brighton, one in Lyndhurst.

I know how you feel, my fiancee is American and when she tries make food from back home she struggles, especially with the cheese, she was amazed we don't just have "normal cheese" while searching for what she would call nacho cheese.
