WDS Drivers node

I have server2008 standard SP2 - used as WDS server

I want to attempt to inject a NIC driver but looking at all the instructions I have looked at on the net, it seems that the Drivers node in WDS is only available in server2008 R2

Is this the case? If so, is there an easy way to inject drivers in my version?

Have a look at MDT 2012. It's free and will greatly extend the features/use of WDS.

 

It should get you around the lack of driver injecting in WDS as it will do it itself.

easy no but you can use dism from the aik to inject drivers but its a bit of a pita

Amen to this... My colleague is currently swearing at a terminal services window for this very reason.
