Apple TV to Projector (With Splitter in the Wall)

Morning,

 

I'm wondering what people use to connect Apple TV (HDMI) devices to projectors that have no HDMI input? We use Epson EB-X11 projectors across the schools with dual VGA cables running from the wall to the projector and computer.

Couldn't tell you brands and specifics off the top of my head but we use apple tv to hdmi to VGA converter which goes into the projector or a VGA/audio matrix splitter. With that you can pick the sound and visual out put on the teacher pc and projector independently while still only using a single VGA input on the projector.
