bossman Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Hi all, I just wanted to ask if there is anyone on here in the UK who smokes cigars or knows anyone who is a serious cigar smoker? If there is and they are partial to good Cuban cigars please PM me as it may be to their benefit. I do hope that this is alright to post on here Cheers all
X-13 Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I'm not a cigar smoker... but you have intrigued me, good sir.
X-13 Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Only when I am very very drunk. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/a/a6/Bender_Rodriguez.png/220px-Bender_Rodriguez.png
sonofsanta Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 True fact: I started out smoking cigars*, then cigarettes, then, er, student cigarettes. I had it all backwards! I certainly enjoy them, but I couldn't in all good conscience claim to be serious about it, I'm afraid. Particularly as I can only manage to smoke when my daughter's not around, otherwise she starts lecturing me about how bad it is for me! *This at 16, with a pint of Guinness, sitting in a beer garden whinging about how rubbish night clubs are. I grew up fast.

bushby Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 i do like a cigar every so often normaly on a night out i have them. i have a great cigar shop in southampton that i get my supplys from and i can get like 20 for £2 these are vinilla french cigars but include the stupid plastic tips.
Rawns Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 (edited) Likewise. Usually I only dabble on holiday or on man events (stag do's, drunken nights out when wanting to look uber cool, etc). They have to be A-Team Hanable/US Marine Colour Sargent type cigars that you can chew on and barely talk while it's lodged in your mouth. Edited May 18, 2012 by Rawns

Rawns Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 You work with computers too much... Also, a lack of caffeine this morning has not helped. Think I'll go an interface with my mug...

Greenbeast Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 (edited) You can buy EVERYTHING online. I was trying to tell the new g/f the other day that anything your wildest dreams or nightmares could conjure, could be bought online. She was dubious Edited May 18, 2012 by Greenbeast
aerospacemango Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I was trying to tell the new g/f the other day that anything your wildest dreams or nightmares could conjure, could be bought online. She was dubious This is true....which will be illustrated by the fact that this post should slot in BEFORE yours, to prove that it works! See you in the past!!! EDIT: Dammit..... Sold a dud...AGAIN!
aerospacemango Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 It would also appear that the "Turn Your Thoughts Into Words" interface, that I purchased is malfunctioning too! So....it's THAT and the Time Machine that I have to send back..... Anyhow, back to the OP....I LOVE cigars!!!
X-13 Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I was trying to tell the new g/f the other day that anything your wildest dreams or nightmares could conjure, could be bought online. She was dubious Google Ads sometimes suggest some strange things... Search "World of Warcraft", google suggests online dating. Even stranger... search "[something] for children" google suggests "buy children online"...

bossman Posted May 18, 2012 Author Posted May 18, 2012 You can buy EVERYTHING online. Can't buy me!! Ohh! you want to pay me that much? Well sold to the lady in the front with the eye catching outfit hehe!
Haptic Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I'm a big fan of a proper 'Stogie' I'm looking to hire a pro-cigar roller for my impending Wedding reception. Don Julian all the way, however pulling out a metal cylinder from one's pocket has certainly evoked raised eyebrows from non-smokers and smutty minded alike. 'Jose Havana'
36Degrees Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Can't buy me!! You can't buy me either but I bet my wife would swap me for a couple of bags of Haribo...

basicchannel Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 http://images.thesartorialist.com/photos/11710BlueVelvet2268Web1.jpg I would definitely smoke cigars if it meant looking like this guy. All he needs is an espresso in the other hand and he'd be a god amongst men.
