doco Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 It would be nice to buy lovely coloured cables, but our greatly diminishing budget is spent on stuff we can't make ourselves. It takes five minutes to do, including labelling and testing, and can be done as and when required, you don't have to ring up a supplier then wait for delivery.
carnforthhigh Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 We use Comms Express for most of our networking needs. A very good supplier and cheap too. Ebuyer is also good for stuff like that.
bazuk Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 i get ours from bka in reading bka.co.uk dont get them from maplin or pc world lol baz
sidewinder Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 We have never had to buy any since we have around 500, and thats after a clearout - we used to get them with every PC and since replacement cycles have come around, we ended up with loads of spares For 0.3m and 0.5m ones though we use Hills bazuk I checked that site out as I would like to use a local supplier, but 70p seems a lot for a 0.5m cable
