Office Crashing - RM CC4

Has anyone else had issues with RM CC4 network and Office suite software crashing randomly. We have MS 2007 installed, just wondered if others had a solution.

Not sure that's a CC4 issue - but Office 2007 certainly needs to be given a wide berth where possible :\

We had a few issues with it crashing on our CC3 network, but now use Office 2010 on our CC4 network without any issues.

2007, at what point in the process does it crash? Our 2007 installs were quite stable but on vanilla so not the same thing. Is 2010 not avalible to RM as it is a chunk quicker?

Sorry, let me update this post as we have found out what was causing this.

 

We had a few random staff saying that powerpoint was crashing when they moved to the next slide, it then moved on to Word crashing and the software needing to restart. It wasn't always a user issue, it was a pc related issue.

 

The issue we found is caused by RM update 108 that we installed onto the network, when we remove this update, it works fine.
