How the hell does one become trapped in a clothes horse?! Did she not have any friends with more strength than a gnat?!

sorry but if my daughter can bend a clothes horse frame, then 18yo students easily can!

and if they can't I want to know where she got her clothes horse from, every one I buy ends up in a misshapen mess within a year!

"I found it funny at first but after it got taken off I had a panic attack and the ambulance came out."

OMG! Without wanting to sound like an old f**t, when I was 18 I carried a gun and watched Russians (well, east Germans mainly) over the inner German border. How times have changed.

And that is the intelligence of the next generation! every one of those kids should be kicked out of uni as they are obviously not intelligent enough to be there and charged by the fire dept for wasting their time;

The one during the HobNob shortage of '83.

More commonly referred to as "The battle of the biscuit."

I still can't make a milky coffee without shaking after that one!

I have a clear concience. It wasn't me who made you think that way.

One could argue that you, as the writer of the original comment, planted the seed for my subconscious thoughts to be expressed in my reply... :p

Hand on heart, I have been trapped in a clothes horse. What's more, I was entrapped not alone, but with a friend from next door. In the same clothes horse. At the same time.

It was about 1977, however, and we were both young and foolish. As I recall (and memory is hazy) we couldn't get out without the assistance of a third party. My mum rescued us.

I still remember the noise of the clothes horse as it snared its prey, it was a creaky old wooden one.

Don't suppose you remember where it was purchased from do you? Could do with a sturdy clothes horse; if it's good enough for trapping children, it's good enough for me!*

*NOTE: I am NOT a child snatcher.

Anymore.

Whenever I see a story like that, I wonder about the potential future employer googling that persons name and discovering that they are a complete fork-wit.

^This.

It's also why I'm, partially, not surprised about teenage unemployment.
