I believe this question has strayed into MY area of expertise :)

For fat geeks, anything up to 1 packet/day is fine and nothing to be worried about. As long you don't exceed 5 packets a week you won't end up more than 20 stone.

(Assuming a normal home diet of chips, pies, pizza, curry and beer) :)

Once you start exceeding this amount on a regular basis - you'll end up looking like..... well ...... me :)

Well I seem to have some deep-seated guilt trigger where any more than two and I start worrying that I'll ruin my lunch, or I should just have my banana instead of something. But you can always just take two every time you have a cup of tea, and when you drink as much tea as I do... well, let's just say value is the way forward here as well, at least until I can convince the bursar that the network genuinely wouldn't run without tea and biscuits therefore I should use my budget to buy them in.

Always store the biscuits on the other side of the room, you then burn off calories walking across the room to get them, therefore more biscuits allowed:p

Tell the bursar that the server is a finite improbability generator.

Oh, that's interesting - I did check several sites - 67 calories is really quite low though. Maybe my figures are for 100g?

Still a sixth of your daily calories!

AND 3g of fat including 1g of saturated - don't think your arteries would like that..

Yeah...but what a way to have 1/6th of the cals!!!

Interestingly (for me) gingers come in at between 35 and 53 cals.....So I'm even better off!!! Must crack in with the next pack....!!!

400 would be about right.

Some fool made a Key Lime Pie and brought in here today. I resisted whilst making it but had 2 serving today, good job I'll be able to dance it off later.
