speckytecky Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 We have a Richo Aficio GX e3350n printer that will not print multiple copies. User selects say 5 copies then presses print and only a single copy comes out. Nothing apparent in the settings?

Michael Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 I had a similar problem recently and it was down to the fact I was using XP clients with a 2008 R2 Print Server. Are you using this setup?
jamesreedersmith Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Check for Mopier mode in the printer settings - this caused a problem at one site and disable advanced printing mode - this was the same problem at another site!
