We have tried to move Oliver over to a new server following a failure.

When anyone from any IP visits the address we get; Your IP address was not allowed to access the system, please talk with your system administrator.

Softlink have basically said, pay us and we will fix it! - If anyone has had this message before and can offer any pointers it would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks, Ed.

There are components in the Oliver database which define the hostname and IP address.

If you ask the Softlink guys for the migration manual (we did so a number of months ago) it should have all you need to get it back up and running.

Hi Jamesfed - I have this manual and have followed it through three times to ensure that I had not made a mistake - even uninstalling everything and starting over the third time. Saldly the same result - "Your IP address was not allowed to access the system, please talk with your system administrator."
