Home Folder AD Redirection not working

Hi,

 

After setting up new GPOs over the holidays to take over from our CC3 install which is now all but gone (yay!) I came across a strange problem. When anyone logged in their home folder (setup in AD) was redirecting to the root of the share and not their folder as specified. After lots of investigation it looked as if it was a problem with group policy and the time taking to apply to the local computers. Sadly this was just a case of misdirection.
