We are a school with 200 PCs. If we were to go down the route of EES how is this priced up, I have seen it is by staff...but what about pupils? or number of PCs...confused

 

It does what it says on the tin - you count the number of full-time staff, and that's your number. Other things can be added, but the basic package covers quite a bit. I fyou have, say, 50 staff and 200 PCs, then EES is probably for you.

EES is based on number of staff FTE (Full Time Equivalent) and nothing else. It is the only requirement, a reseller will ask you for those figures and of course the MS products you require.

So if we wanted Ms office upgrades and OS do you have a rough idea of costs based on 50 staff. Is it a set price per head?
