Electronic Central Calendar

I have just had a phone call to see if i can find some software that will provide a central calendar to replace our paper school calendar..

 

Basically, how would you do it... Is there some software out there which will let us do it... something like CRBS would be ace but in a calendar form.

Exchange? Microsoft Live Calendar? Google Calendar?

1. Use Exch if you've got it, or use a Public Folders.

2. Sharepoint.

We are moving our to google calendar and are going to break it down to staff / year group news, so parents are able to filter information via our school website.
