What was last years offical running budget and and what did you really spend, or is it just like that here.

Ours is September which I haven't got fully from last year (06-07) but have submitted my numbers for next yeat (07-08)

School #1 went roughly £8k over the £11k budget this year due to the decision that we had to do the job right and not keep trying to cut corners... Result is that next years budget will be reduced to offset that and reliability has improved a good 80% so all worth it.

 

School #2 was set at £12k and we're looking at a final cost of £13k which given the new 15 machines, secondary server and new printers wasn't bad.. Doesn't hurt that the extra cost will be made up over the next year as printing costs went from 40p or so to just 2p a sheet thanks to our K550 CIS..
