Rm Management console error

Just got in to find that when i open up the RM console manager on our network and i go to look at the workstations I get a ERROR: Failed to obtain the StationParams from the RLN Conversation. The Error was (0xe0001b68)

 

any ideas?

What user account did you logon with?

Try using the systemadmin account to logon to the RMMC, does that make a difference?

The Administrator account (remotely and on the server) gives me a Error Type Mismatch :13 error. ( cant get to RMMC at all)

 

Logging on as systemadmin gives me the previous error ERROR: Failed to obtain the StationParams from the RLN Conversation. The Error was (0xe0001b68) but will allow me to open RMMC just not see the work stations

TEC745227 on RM Support has a fix. There's also TEC278871, TEC504066, TEC944348 and a ton of others. Obviously cannot reproduce those here.

 

Have you tried restarting the RMC3IEngine service by the way?

Check the RMC3IENGINE service is started.

No Access to RM support yet as Im waiting to get on there ATSS course and my old account has been deactivated

Do you have HFXCC3134B installed? Is the Routing and Remote Access service set to disabled?

Routing and remote Access is disabled.

 

Where do i find where the hotfixes are if there installed?

This is one of the suggested fixes. You'll need a valid support contract to get that update.
