MSNBC had someone say 'President Obama announced that President Obama had been killed as part of...' which was promptly corrected too. ITV did it too IIRC. Obama and Osama aren't really that close that the mistake would be 'easy' to make. I mean you'd know what you were typing/saying wouldn't you?
