RM log on screen cc3

Hi,

 

Just a quick one just before i rebuild a machine.

 

When i connect this computer, the log on screen is missing the picture in the middle and will not allow any users to log on.

Am i missing something simple?

Has the machine built correctly? (Check the PC object in RMMC)

 

Has there been a workstation type pplied to it in RMMC?

 

Can systemadmin login? If so try running installrm from START/RUN

Silly question: Is the domain correct?

Doesn't sound like it has built. Are you getting the traditional windows login or the RM one? If you're getting the RM one then I can't see why it's not in RMMC.

Either the domain is wrong, it was deleted from the management console or it isn't storing a cache of profiles and it has no network connection...

Sounds deffo like it's been deleted from RMMC. I doubt the domain would be wrong unless someone was tinkering post build

If it has been deleted then the only way back into RMMC is a rebuild my friend.

Are you using a custom image or an RM 'ready made' image?
