john Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 You can install on XP Pro, but its limited to 10 connections and various other things, infact its fairly pants on XP, you need Server really.

I have googled it and seems like a lot of hassle to get xphome to do it. Might be easier to pay for 1 months Windows Hosting. Anyone know of an easy way of doing it?
GeeDee Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 No, not on XP Home. IIS with XP Pro is also only designed for testing purposes - not live sites. I assume you realise that *nix / Apache isn't going to be all that much help to you for hosting ASP too?
