Mapped NAS drive

Evening all,

 

The other week I set my wife's macbook up to automatically connect to the house NAS drive. I cannot remember how I did it. Now I need to turn this off but cannot remember what setting I made. The NAS box has now gone.

Any help appreciated.

I think if you go to go, connect to server and depending on what protocol you have setup e.g. afp, nfs or smb you should be able to type smb://ipaddressofnasbox. Try that

Havent got my mac around, but isn't there a list of "favourite servers" or something? Remove it from there?

Thanks everyone - found it. It was in the user account settings.

Not sure if this applies to 10.6 - would be good to know how you achieved this ( time machine backing up to a NAS I presume ) ??
