Second that. Saw a man knocked off his feet early this morning after a car stopped suddenly (without skidding which was impressive) and the snow slid off in one lump...

On the way to work this morning at 07.30 saw loads of people with their lights on, shining bravely through several inches of snow....

When you have spent the time to clear the windows, does 5 seconds to clear the lights hurt? another 5 to clear the roof?

I would like drivers to put their lights on when it gets dark please. Thats without snow on the roof, windscreen, windows etc.

How about drivers not turning into complete penis jockeys when there is snow about. And I don't mean driving fast, I mean suddenly having an inability to stop, reverse or do all the normal curtious things we all do normally.

I'd like drivers with vehicles not suited to driving over high ground blocked by snow to think twice and not attempt said roads with no preperation or ability to do so blocking the road when stranded. Then give me the fingers when I drive past said stranded vehicles in my fully prepared one!

Took me an hour and 20 minutes to get to work today (normal time is about half an hour). Not because the roads were bad, not because the snow was falling particularly heavilly but because some #@*& wouldn't go above 20mph and every time they came to a side road would stop and let out everyone who was waiting. Now I'm all for a cautious approach but on a clear snow free main road there's just no excuse.
