How do you import user names and passwords win serv 2003 R2?

We just got our first real server but I cannot find anywhere in the documentation about how to import users from win serv 2003 to another win serv 2003. Is there any easy way short of typing all the usernames out again?

 

The old server is a workstation running the server OS so its going to get coverted back to XP.

In a nutshell... add the new server to your existing domain, promote it to a domain controller, move the FSMO roles over to it from the old server, allow time for AD to replicate accross, once you're happy, remove the DC role from the old server and you're done...
