It is very good to see us a community supporting this month, maybe we should setup a donations site Online fundraising donations and ideas - JustGiving and see how much us Edugeekers can put together.

lol admins had same chat as if we did it for this we would have to start doing it for others. Also prostrate cancer week already marked in sysmans calendar.

 

As for giving donate page think that is a very good idea..

I do Tacheback every year, and only just realised it has changed to November. Doh!!

 

Last year I raised nearly £400. Great bit of fun, for a great cause.

A Friend of ours works as a research scientist in Nottingham, she (Cinzia - the Italian lady speaking in this clip) can be seen here discussing a breakthrough linked to the ability of salamanders to regrow damaged limbs that may one day lead to a cure for breast cancer.. fascinating stuff!
