Pro Evo stinks. I think I'll wait till Xmas for Fifa 11. Happy with Fifa 10 for now.

I know he is a keen gamer, but I only found out when I happened to mention to him that my son had wimped out of going to our local Asda for midnight last night when he was told there were already 75 people queuing......

My son told me that some Asda stores now part exchange games, and Fifa 10 was worth £15 trade in.....

You can patch PES too, tweak things and none of those paid for updates!

PES 2011 release date is 8th October

 

Got mine pre ordered £27 from Argos using voucher code.

 

personally i think the facial graphics on PES are better than Fifa.

 

and its always been about gameplay over graphics for me on PES vs Fifa debate

PES owned the last generation - FIFA owns this generation

 

FIFA (IMO) flows better and just feels a far better game, PES just feel clunky and awkward with no flow (Much improved in latest version, still nowhere near FIFA though)....

 

Hopefully FIFA11 is waiting on my doormat when I get home tonight

I used to love PES, but when they were leading the market they kind of stood still while FIFA worked hard to improve. Now, I think FIFA's hard work has paid off and PES is chasing like FIFA once was, for being lazy.

this years pes is better than fifa, it feels more fluid and natural, looks fantastic and the passing is awesome, been fifa scince about 08 i think time to switch back!

At first I thought Fifa 11 was quite slow and seemed much more "tactical". It was also much harder to score on professional upwards. Although after playing it over the weekend I'm enjoying it much more. Once you get used to the new passing style you can get some really nice fluid football going. Scoring is getting easier also, even on World Class!

 

I haven't played the new PES yet so I can't comment but I will have to give it a look.
